Licious Organics has donated 1000+ of our raw cookies to FOVC to help feed the children of Shanto, Ethiopia

FOVC, Friends of Orphans and Vulnerable Children, is working in Ethiopia, building schools, providing meals, drilling wells and many more incredible projects to help meet the essential needs of the people of Shanto.

Lory Howlett president of FOVC, left for Shanto in early October with our cookies in tow. She and other FOVC volunteers will be visiting Shanto Ethiopia to distribute food, oversee the continued construction of an orphanage and the drilling of a well. These are just some of the good works this organization is involved in over there. We at Licious Organics are thankful to be a small part of the ongoing effort to feeding ALL the children of the world.

Licious Organics has always been very clear on what our packaging parameters must embrace:
Non-GMO, Compostable, Non-plastic, Natural and Renewable.

Check out our new look! Now Certified Organic and Non-GMO.

Our original packaging has successfully filled all our needs except for one: our yummy soft cookies harden too quickly! Working with the same packaging company, Innovia, we have decided upon another product they offer that continues to fit all our needs. Utilizing a very thin metalized layer on the outside of the wood pulp-based layers, this new bag will protect our delicious raw cookies from drying out and do so in an environmentally sensitive manner.
The one thing we are a teensy bit disappointed about is that you will no longer be able to see our rawesome cookies through the bag! The best solution to this dilemma is to rip open our “Fly Me To The Moon” packaging, savor its contents and then compost what’s left!

“I just wanted to touch base with you and to let you know how absolutely WONDERFUL I think your goodies are!!!I am so impressed with the flavor of the jams and honey.
The innocent intention of your pure products is delightful. I love the fact that you have produced organic products locally with a purpose behind even the labels. Brilliant!”
-Jacquie S. (Customer)

If you haven’t tried Licious Organics – now is the time! You can pick up their yummy offerings at Sunflower, Lucky’s and as of last week, Whole Foods! This is a Front Range company that walks the talk all the way from ingredients to packaging. – Annie Brown at Edible Front Range

“I just got my first jar of your Berrylicious jam. WOW!!! This is the best I’ve ever had – it tastes like real fruit!!!!”
-Paul K. (Customer)

” Many of us in the green business community could not operate a business we didn’t believe in. Such is the case with Lauri Rae Wirichs, a green business owner in Boulder, Colorado”
- Scott Cooney at the Triple Pundit

Today I was grocery shopping at the Sunflower Market here in Fort Collins and I saw your beautiful product line. I fell in love with the sustainability and delicious presentation of your jams and granolas.
